Though previously known as Kelowna Disc Dogs, Okanagan Unleashed strives to offer the same inclusive, and encouraging environment for disc dogs and their handlers to enjoy the sport, no matter their skill level. The Disc Community in the Okanagan was born in 2022 and has been growing ever since. Uniquely, the sport has created a safe space for reactive dogs and junior handlers to participate and feel welcome in dog sports!

What is Disc Dog?
UpDog Challenge
UpDog is a dog sport organization made up of several different games that are played as a human/dog team. It is beginner friendly and quickly becoming a favourite for many all over the world!

Toss & Fetch League
Toss & Fetch consists of several 5 week seasons throughout the year. Each team (human/dog) will get two rounds each week to collect as many points as possible by having successful catches in the point zones. This is one of the best way to get introduced to the sport and meet fellow disc doggers! All skill levels welcome.
Classes & Private Sessions!
We do our best to offer a variety of group classes suitable for all skill level throughout the year. Every dog is different so sometimes a private session is a more suitable option, and if so we've got you covered!
Every dog learns differently and their natural talents will vary, which is why a private Intro Session is the perfect place to begin your disc dog journey.
Our one-on-one Intro Sessions are tailored to discovering your dog’s individual skill level, confidence, drive, and learning style while helping you build the skills needed to be a confident handler. You'll also be provided with a basic understanding of the different disc dog organizations, recommendations of which disc is most suitable for your dog and what your next best steps are!
Once you've completed your Intro Session you'll gain access to our Group Classes, Toss & Fetch League, UpDog Challenge Competitions & More!
